SeasModels – Digital Downloads

1. Identification

SeasModels is a brand dedicated to the design and commercialization of 3D digital files for scale modeling and 3D printing.

By purchasing or downloading any digital file from SeasModels, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Product

All products offered by SeasModels are digital downloadable files (such as STL, OBJ, or other 3D formats).

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

3. License of Use

Upon purchasing a digital file, the user receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

✔ Print the model for personal use
✔ Modify the file for personal use
✔ Display the printed model

The user may NOT:

✖ Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
✖ Upload the files to public or private platforms
✖ Commercialize the original or modified digital file
✖ Sell physical prints in mass production without a commercial license

Commercial use requires written authorization from SeasModels.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, models, renders, images, and digital files are the exclusive property of SeasModels and are protected under intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a file does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products:

  • No refunds or returns are accepted once the file has been downloaded.

  • If a technical issue exists with a file, SeasModels will provide support or a corrected version.

6. Compatibility and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Verifying compatibility with their 3D printer

  • Adjusting print settings

  • Performing necessary test prints

SeasModels is not responsible for printing failures resulting from incorrect configurations or improper use.

7. Modifications

SeasModels reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
